Technical Advisory Board Donald Botka, Advisor Mr. Botka is Vice President of Technology & Strategic Initiatives at Lehigh and a former senior executive at Continental Tire, having served in a variety of technical, sales and general management roles in over 25 years in the tire industry.  Mr. Botka has extensive experience using rubber powders in the formulation and production of new tires.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana, and attended the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
