Our Commitment to Quality, Safety & Reliability.

ISOLehigh is both ISO 9001 and ISO14001 certified. Its unique mill design has multiple feedstock, state-of-the- art process control systems, and the highest EH&S processes and standards. View our Quality & Environmental Policy.

Our manufacturing process starts with crumb rubber or post-industrial rubber from our customers as part of their zero waste initiatives. It goes through a process where fiber and metal are removed, and then through several other steps before we freeze it, mill it, warm it, and classify it to the customer’s specification. Before the product is shipped to our customers, our Quality Control Lab conducts quality inspection on raw material, in process, and finished material goods samples.  All finished goods are certified to the customer’s specifications and shipped with a certificate of analysis (COA).  We perform a variety of tests including particle size analysis (laser particle size analysis as well as the traditional Ro-Tap), moisture analysis, fiber and metal content, TGA, FTIR, and more.
